Artwork Descriptions

Every effort is made to display artworks accurately, including colours and scale. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

All dimensions are listed in inches or centimetres, as stated.

Original Artwork & Prints

Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind works.

Limited edition prints are produced in strictly controlled editions and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Open edition prints are produced without edition limits.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time, though confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping

Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details regarding dispatch times, insurance, and international orders.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with my Returns & Refunds Policy.

Commissioned works are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damage.

All artworks, images, and written content on this website remain the copyright of Debbie Moylan unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

Images may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

I am not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
