Collector Questions
Are the paintings original?
Yes. Every original painting is one-of-a-kind and painted entirely by hand in oils on canvas.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, please see my Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Originals and prints may be returned within 14 days in line with UK consumer law.
Commissioned works are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
Are artworks framed?
This will be clearly stated on each listing.
Most originals are sold unframed to allow collectors to choose framing that suits their space, unless otherwise specified.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship worldwide using insured couriers.
Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
How are artworks packaged?
With extreme care.
Originals are wrapped in protective layers using archival materials and boxed or crated depending on size. Prints are shipped flat or in archival tubes.
Is my purchase insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured while in transit.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, selectively.
Commission availability varies depending on my current painting schedule. Please use the contact form to discuss possibilities.
How do I care for my painting?
Avoid direct sunlight, damp environments, and extreme temperature changes. Care instructions are included with your artwork.
Will I receive proof of ownership?
Yes, every original and limited edition comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which forms part of the artwork’s provenance.
Can I reserve a painting?
Occasionally, short-term reservations may be offered. Please enquire directly.
